This special time of the year is all about celebrating and embracing the diversity of the LGBTQ+ community. As a Seattle caterer who specializes in Soul Food deserts and charcuterie boards, I believe that the culinary world beautifully mirrors the principles of inclusivity and acceptance, making Pride Month the perfect occasion to explore and honor the rich tapestry of flavors from around the world and how it reflects the foods we cater here at Pies Boards And Books.
